Ulrich Kranich appointed general signatory authority
| 15.06.05 Ulrich Kranich (55) has been appointed head of finance in context of the reorganisation of Hapag Lloyd Group. In this connection, the company's supervisory board has granted him with general signatory authority. Kranich remains at the same time managing director of Hapag Lloyd Container Line. Kranich, who is a business administration graduate, has held various positions at Hapag Lloyd in Germany and worldwide since 1975. In 1997, he was appointed managing director of Hapag Lloyd Container Line, assuming responsibility for the entire fleet expansion as well as controlling of ship and container system costs worldwide. |
